Received my Bachelor's in English/Political Science in May 2011.

A Northern transplant in the Bible Belt.

A Christian who disagrees with a lot of evangelicals but loves the church to death.

A black woman. (I'm black mixed with African American and a smidge of Negro).

I take a lot of pictures of myself, 12-year-old-on-Myspace style. At least I'm self-aware.

Just decided to pursue my Masters (starting Fall 2012) because I'm bored and miss worrying about school. Wish me luck :)

I love going on dates. I would be a professional dater but that's just a little too close to prostitution.

I actually want to start looking into stuff like this IRA business (that I had to google because I’m a 12 year old who doesn’t know shit about finances beyond owing a nigga the shirt off my back…..)

I want to use a percentage of each check toward investments and the like. I really wish their was a legit class I could take to learn how to do stuff like this. Cause I don’t want my money to be simple, under-the-mattress type stuffs.

Anyone have any advice? I don’t make a lot but I wanna put what I have on the stroll to work for me!
